Welcome to Sri Vidya Peetham. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sri Vidya Peetham mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By registering for, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
The App lets you count your “Om Namah Shivaya” chants towards your personal seva goal and a shared community goal. Chant counts you record are stored to your account and contribute to the community total.
Chant counts are recorded in good faith for your spiritual practice. Administrators may adjust counts to correct errors; any such change is shown in your chanting history.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob. These ads help keep the App free. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the websites they link to.
The App, its name, logo, design, and content are owned by Sri Vidya Peetham or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for devotional and informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sri Vidya Peetham shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any loss of data or chant counts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
